The Eau Good Glass is designed as a desirable alternative to the high cost and environmental unsustainability of store-bought bottled water. It fillters your water using a traditional Japanese Binchotan charcoal method for a cleaner, purified taste. Binchotan or White Charcoal is an activated charcoal made from hardwood and it's been used across Asia for water filtration for hundreds of years.

The Binchotan filter is suspended in the water via a supporting coil - over time it reduces the chlorine, fluoride and trace impurities that are often found in tap water, while adding beneficial minerals including calcium, iron and magnesium. You’ll notice an improvement in taste after only about an hour. This natural water filter is reusable and lasts for around 6 to 12 months (you can clean out or "recharge" the filter by placing it in boiling water for 10 minutes). Once the filtration effect starts to fade you can break up the charcoal and use it as fertilizer in your pot plants, garden or compost. Replacement Binchotan sticks can be found online or in specialist shops, or we can arrange a stock of replacements with your order.
